We're Commissioned as Missionary Associates!

We are thrilled to announce that our missions sending agency, Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM), officially commissioned us as Missionary Associates in June! We spent two and a half weeks in Springfield, Missouri, along with 100+ missionaries, receiving training that challenged, equipped, and inspired us to continue pursuing God's call to reach Mexico with the gospel.

The training we received gave us the tools, knowledge, and spiritual enrichment necessary for our mission. We participated in workshops, heard from veteran missionaries, and had meaningful time in prayer and worship. The sessions on "Bible in Ministry," "Understanding Language & Culture," and "Life and Work Balance" were particularly impactful.

Building Relationships and Reconnecting with Friends

While the training was invaluable, another rewarding part of this time was the new relationships we formed and the opportunity to reconnect with old friends. We met fellow missionaries who share our passion for spreading the gospel and learned from their experiences and wisdom. The sense of community and mutual support has been a tremendous blessing, and we are grateful for the new friendships and strengthened bonds that will support us on the mission field.

Our Girls' Amazing Experience

Our girls also had an incredible time during the training. They engaged in a variety of activities that not only prepared them for life abroad but also deepened their faith. They learned new songs, increased their knowledge about the theology of missions, and connected with Jesus significantly. They created lifelong friendships with kids serving around the world, tried new foods, and experienced new adventures that have broadened their perspectives and prepared them for the journey ahead.
